Helena has more than 20 years of experience in climate finance, sustainability, maritime and ICT sectors.

Presently she leads PwC’s sustainability and climate change services for the industries and the public sector in Luxembourg.

Her focus is on designing and implementing sustainable business strategies, align with the environmental, social, economic and governance issues to improve financial and operational performance while mitigating climate related risks.
Helena also delivers technical assistance to financial institutions to incorporate sustainability into their strategy, investment analysis and decision making process.

She works very close with the maritime industry supporting a sustainable low carbon transition.

Helena is an active speaker in a wide variety of maritime conferences and associations and she participates regularly at the IMO Marine Environmental Protection Committee (MEPC) meetings. She is a member of WISTA, the International Propeller club and the Luxembourg Maritime Cluster.
Helena holds executive degrees from the Said Business School in Oxford and the London Business School (LBS) in Finance & Accounting, Hedge Funds, Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, MBA from the ALBA Business school and MA from the University of Middlesex in London.
