MEETING with the Commandant of the Hellenic Coast Guard
On Monday, January 15th, Costis Frangoulis, President, Danae Bezantakou 1st Vice President, and Christos Timagenis, General Secretary of the International Propeller Club, Port of Piraeus met with the Commandant of the Hellenic Coast Guard, Vice Admiral George Alexandrakis. The meeting was an opportunity to discuss topics related to the challenges faced by the Coast Guard, the cooperation with the US Coast Guard, the AMVER Program and Greek participations, the Greek-American maritime relations, as well as potential joint actions and collaborations. The longstanding and excellent relationship between the Propeller Club and the Coast Guard was once again highlighted.
