DANAE WAS ONE OF THE SPEAKERS OF THE SCIENTIFIC CONFERENCE ON “MEDIATION, EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES” AT THE CULTURAL CENTER OF ATHENS – JUNE 2014
Danae was one of the speakers of the scientific conference on “Mediation, Extrajudicial Settlement of Disputes”, which was held on 19th June 2014 at the Cultural Center of Athens on the occasion of the release of the scientific literature of Mr. Spyros Antonelos and Mrs. Eleni Plessas entitled “Mediation in Civil and Commercial Matters; International Greek Experience and Application.”
Danae referred extensively to the modern state of entrepreneurship in Greece, stressing that mediation can help both Greek businesses to survive and thrive and foreign investors who are interested to come in Greece to do so. This is because Mediation eliminates the significant inhibitory factor of the long delay in resolving disputes through courts for those who are discouraged from investing in our country.
Excellent speakers participated in the event which was moderated by Mr. Nicolas Kanellopoulos, General Secretary of the Ministry of Justice.
