INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY SPEECHES
On 8th March 2022, Danae Bezantakou honored International Women’s Day, participating in the following projects aiming at encouraging women empowerment, especially in the shipping industry:
•Marine traffic organized an interactive discussion among women leaders in the maritime world, sharing their experiences and expertise on the current and future state of the industry regarding digitalization and the promotion of efficiency and sustainability in the industry.

•In relation to International Women’s Day, Danae Bezantakou conducted a presentation for Teekay Tankers Ltd, regarding the empowerment of female entrepreneurship.
•Danae Bezantakou also gave an interview at the Maritime subscription newspaper Maritime Economies at a special tribute in the issue of 9th March 2022 with the theme: “Women of Influence”. Read the whole article here.
•Danae Bezantakou, along with other renowned executives in business fields, Eirini Veniami Mangou, Sofia Konstantinopoulou and Eleni Plessa, were invited by Anagennisi school, to deliver a seech regarding female entrepreneurship.
•Last but not least,
Danae Bezantakou was invited by Democritus University of Thrace to deliver a speech in the context of “Gender Inequality”.
