Athena Kanellatou

Athena Kanellatou studied Business Management and specialized in Economics, followed by Controlling and Internal Auditing, as well as Sales and Accounts Management.

Over the years she has attended numerous shipping, management, sales and technical education programmes along with MacGregor Academy courses and is member of relevant professional bodies.

She has, since 90’s, been working for MacGregor, holding a number of key positions in the Greek entity being CFO, Business Controller, Managing Director and Global Life Cycle Support Sales Manager.

During her long association with MacGregor Group, A. Kanellatou is actively involved in different company workgroups in Merchant Marine division and other managerial projects focusing on Greek shipping community. MacGregor is world leading provider of engineering solutions and services for handling marine cargoes and offshore loads, member of Cargotec Group stock listed in Helsinki.
