Despina Panayiotou Theodossiou

Chief Financial and Operating Officer – Tototheo Group

Despina was born in Limassol in 1981 and studied at the National and Capodistrian University of Athens / Degree in Economics. Currently she is doing further studies at the University of London in International Management.

Despina is the Chief Financial and Operating Officer at Tototheo Group of Companies. The headquarters of the group are Cypriot based with branch offices in Greece, Singapore, South Africa and Syria. The group specializes in satellite communications with main focus in the shipping industry.

Her previous work experience includes being employed as Operations Manager (responsible for Europe and Asia) at Satlink (Maritime Services) Ltd (part of the Tototheo Group), Operations Assistant at Satlink (Maritime Services) Ltd (part of the Tototheo Group) and as an operator at MCL Shipping Ltd. Despina is the President of WISTA (Women International Shipping & Trading Association) Cyprus, and included in the “The Cyprus 200 Power List of Women in Business” (In Business Magazine, May 2012).
