Dinos Arcoumanis

Prof. Arcoumanis holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in Physics, Engineering and Mechanichal Engineering from the Aristotelian University of Thessaloniki, the University of California and Imperial College London, respectively. His academic career includes appointments as Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Imperial College London and as Dean and then ex-Deputy Vice-Councellor at City, University of London from where he stepped down in 2014. In 2012 he was appointed Ambassador-at-large of the Hellenic Republic for Energy Policy and New Technologies followed in 2014 by his appointments as Director and Member of the Board of the Angelicoussis Shipping Group and as Chairman of the Academic Board of Metropolitan College, Greece.
