Dr. Kostas Rokkos
Managing Director of SICURO S.A., Governor in the International Propeller Club of the United States, International Port of Piraeus, Greece – Insight And Evaluation Of Piracy Threats.

Dr. Rokkos Kostas is a Maritime Professional and Managing Director of SICURO SA Ship managers, where he is working since 1994 and TST International Shipping Company since 2001. He is also elected as Governor in the International Propeller Club Port of Piraeus, Greece, and is also a member of the Society for Risk Analysis SRA which focuses on risk management development.

Dr. Rokkos received his Diploma in Electrical Mechanical Engineering and awarded as European Engineer (Eur. Ing.) from FEANI and his MSc. in Maritime Engineering from Middlesex University in London with distinction. Dr. Rokkos also awarded Doctor in Maritime Risk Management from Middlesex University in London and his research focuses on the areas of safety and security risk management. His is member of Technical Chamber of Commerce ID 29665, Member of Society of Manufacturing Engineers of USA, Member of FEANI, Member of SNAME, Member of ISES and Member of Society for Risk Analysis SRA.
