U.S. INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION
On Thursday, 29th of June 2023, Danae Bezantakou attended the US Embassy’s reception on the occasion of 4th of July. The reception was dedicated to honoring the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. and the ideals he championed in his iconic “I have a dream” speech delivered 60 years ago.
The reception served as a powerful reminder of the shared values between the United States and Greece, and the importance of upholding principles of equality, justice, and solidarity. It was an evening filled with meaningful discussions, inspiring conversations, and renewed commitments to building a world where every individual can thrive.
